To enhance your enjoyment of our fine seafood, we offer classes featuring preparation and cooking techniques such as filleting, poaching, pan roasting, and stove-top grilling. The sessions are held at are held at Sur La Table. The classes include both demonstrations and hands-on sessions so that you may enjoy the results of your learning experience, and sample some of the fine wines we sell.
